This policy describes what IELTS Ultimate collects, why, and the choices you have. We collect account details (name, email, date of birth, and your first language), study activity (answers, essays, speaking recordings), and device telemetry needed to run and improve the adaptive learning loop. Date of birth is used to confirm you are old enough to use the service; your first language helps us tailor explanations.
If you turn on notifications we also store a push token for your device, so we can send study reminders. You can revoke it at any time in your device settings.
Submitted work is processed by AI scoring systems to produce band estimates and feedback. We do not sell personal data. Data is retained while your account is active and deleted on verified request.
Organisation administrators on business plans can see their members' study progress and scores, as described in the plan agreement.
