These Terms of Service govern your use of IELTS Ultimate, including the mobile application, website, and related services. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms.

IELTS Ultimate provides AI-assisted IELTS preparation. Practice scores and feedback are study aids and do not represent, predict, or guarantee results on any official IELTS examination. IELTS Ultimate is not affiliated with or endorsed by the IELTS test owners (British Council, IDP, Cambridge).

Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time from your account or store settings; access continues to the end of the paid period.

You retain ownership of the content you submit (essays, recordings). You grant us the licence needed to score it, generate feedback, and improve the service.
